一、项目内容简介
1、40，000吨/年（100%）双氧水项目
双氧水是一种重要的化工产品，应用广泛，下游产品丰富。国内双氧水最大的应用市场是纺织品漂白，近年来双氧水在造纸业应用的开发速度加快，在化工合成、环保方面应用研究活跃，市场潜力很大。双氧水生产主要原料为氢气，我公司有廉价优质的氢源，具有资源上的优势。
本项目拟建4万吨/年（100%）双氧水生产装置一套。项目总投资为28000万元，拟以引进国外先进技术及合资的方式合作。
此项目年销售收入约为20000万元，利税6000万元，其中利润4000万元。
2、10，000吨/年苯乙酸项目
苯乙酸是生产青霉素的原料，石家庄市是我国重要的医药生产基地之一，华药、石药两集团生产的青霉素占全国青霉素总产量的三分之二左右。我公司上苯乙酸项目具有市场优势。
该项目采用羰基合成新工艺，以甲苯为原料，先合成氯苄，氯苄与一氧化碳合成苯乙酸。该工艺产品成本低，易大规模生产，三废少，污染小，我公司有高品质的甲苯和低廉的一氧化碳供应，具有一定的资源优势。
本项目拟建10000吨/年苯乙酸生产装置。此项目总投资为10000万元，拟采用自有技术，引进资金或合资的形式。
此项目年销售收入约为16000万元，利税5000万元，其中利润3500万元。
3、20，000吨/年对氨基酚项目
对氨基酚（简称PAP）是一种用途广泛的有机合成中间体，主要用于染料工业、医药工业、橡胶工业等；在饲料、石油、摄影等行业也有广泛应用。
目前我国对氨基酚年产量约3.2万吨，预计到2005年，国内扑热息痛产量将达到5万吨以上，医药工业将消耗对氨基酚4.5万吨，加上在其它领域的应用，2005年对氨基酚总需求量在5.0万吨，缺口较大，开发利用前景广阔。
拟建20000吨/年对氨基苯酚生产装置，采用硝基苯加氢洁净催化合成对氨基酚工艺，项目总投资为15000万元，采取合资或其他形式。
此项目年销售收入约为32000万元，利税8000万元，其中利润5000万元。
二、 企业简介
石家庄焦化集团有限责任公司由原石家庄焦化厂整体改制而成，是国有大型企业，始建成于1914年，是我国首家冶金焦炭生产企业。
我公司职工4000余人，专业技术人员938人，其中工程师300人，高级工程师40人，拥有省级技术开发中心，技术力量雄厚。
八十年代以来，经过一系列大规模技术改造和技术创新，石家庄焦化集团已成为国内一流的焦化企业：建成了具有国内先进水平的JN60-82型大容积焦炉两座，焦炭年生产能力达到100万吨，是河北省冶金系统重要的焦炭生产企业；扩建了10万吨储煤厂并安装了国内第一台先进的C型翻车机；引进了德国具有九十年代先进水平的全负压煤气净化工艺品技术和关键设备，处理煤气5万m3/h（煤气含H260%），日外供63万立方米，回收硫磺2000t/a，是省会石家庄市唯一的煤气气源单位；采用了德国焦化苯加氢/莫菲兰萃取蒸馏先进技术，国内配套500m3/h变压吸附制氢装置，建成了5万t/a粗苯精制装置，年产纯苯3.5万吨，甲苯7000吨，二甲苯3000吨。拥有焦油加工6万t/a装置一套，生产各种沥青3万t/a、蒽油1.2万t/a，洗油4500t/a，精萘1万t/a、磷酸三苯酯1000t/a生产装置各一套。2000年兼并滹沱河化肥厂，拥有年产4万吨合成氨，2万吨甲醇，2万吨山梨醇的生产能力。

1. Brief of Project
1) 40,000t/a (100%) Hydrogen peroxide produce equipment
Hydrogen peroxide is an important chemical product. The use of it is abroad,
downstream products are abundance. In China the main use of hydrogen peroxide is
whiten the dry goods now. the technology of paper making develop very fast. The
research of its use in chemical and environment are in active, so hydrogen
peroxide has great development potential. Its main resource is hydrogen. Our
company has high grade and low-cost hydrogen, so our company has resource
advantage.
This project planned to construct a suit of equipment of 20,000 t/a (100%)
hydrogen peroxide produce equipment. Total investment is ￥280 millions. We plan
to fetch in technology and capital.
The sale of this project is ￥200 million yuans, the margin is ￥60 million yuans,
the profit is ￥40 million yuans.
2) 10,000t/a phenylethyl acid produce equipment
The main use of phenylethyl acid is to product penicillin. China is a big export
country of phenylethyl acid. The biggest group of penicillin is Huabei Medicine
Company and Shiyao Medicine Company, which is locate in Shijiazhuang City, 60%
turnout of China is from them. So our company has adventaged in market.
We adopted oxo reaction technical route. The cost of this route is low, while a
smaller amount of three wastes (waste water, gas and slag) is released into
environment in the production. The resource are toluene and carbon monoxide.
Toluene is one product of our plant, carbon monoxide can gained easily. The
origin of resource is credibility and low.
This project planned to construct a suit of equipment of 10,000t/a phenylethyl
acid produce equipment. Total investment is ￥100 million yuans. We plan to fetch
in capital.
The sale of this project is￥160 million yuans, the margin is ￥50 million yuans,
the profit is ￥35million yuans.
3) 20,000t/a p-aminophenol produce equipment
P-aminophenol is a kind of organic chemical intermediate widely used in
pharmaceutical, dyestuff, rubber aides, fodder, petrochemical and photography
industries.
At present, its total output was 32,000 tons per year. The consumption of it was
expected to reach 50,000 tons per year to 2005. There is a greater difference in
outprt, showing that there is a great potential tap in China.
This project planned to construct a suit of epuipment of 10,000t/a p-aminophenol
produce equipment. We adopted the technic route which is current in Europe and
America. It used nitrobenzene as resource. We plan to fetch in capital.
The sale of this project is ￥320 million yuans, the margin is ￥80million yuans,
the profit is ￥50 million yuans.
2. Brief of Shijiazhuang Coking& chemical Group., LTD Company
SCCGC, which is a big-size state-owned enterprise. It was set up in 1914 and the
first plant for producing metallurgical code in China. It locates in the east
suburb of Shijiazhuang City, north of it is Shi-De railway, the transport is
very advantage.
SCCGC covers an areas of 670,000 m2 with fixed assets of 8.77 billions and 3,772
staffs and workers, among which 938 are technician, the power of technology is
abundant.
SCCGC has processed a series of big-scale renovation from 80s to now. Now we has
built up two voluminous code oven batteries (JN60-82) of advanced technology in
China, imported the gas treatment and by-product recovery plant with level in
90s from Germany, won up 50,000t/a the Hydro-refining and Aromatic recovery
project, which adopts BASF hydro-refining/Morphlane extractive distillation and
100,000t/a code tar mass process instrument. SCCP became a first-class plant of
coking and chemical industry after the technology import and innovation. Now we
have capacity of million tons of cokes and 630,000 m3 town gas per day. SCCGC
has over 30 kinds products such as metallurgical coke, town gas, aromatics,
naphthalene, phenol, triphenyl phosphate and so on, which are sold far to the
countries and regions as U.S.A., Japan, Russia, Taiwan and so on, besides
meeting the demand of domestic market.
