一、项目简介：
随车起重机是一种配装在各型载重汽车上，具有装卸、抓物、打孔、高空作业等多项功能的起重运输设备。由于其机动、灵活、安全可靠、作业效率高的特点，已在起重运输的作业中得到应用。但就其应用的范围和使用数量来说，与国际上发达[国家和地区还存在一定的差距，突出地表现在随车起重机在载重汽车上的配装比例要远远低于发达国家和地区，但也因此蕴藏着巨大的市场潜力。随着中国加入WTO、2008年北京奥运会和2010年上海世博会的申办成功，国民经济发展的速度将会进一步加快。同时，随着中国汽车工业的不断发展，随车起重机产品在中国必将得到更广泛的应用。
石家庄煤矿机械责任有限公司是中国随车起重机及其系列产品生产最早，也是目前批量最大的企业。现主要生产5吨以下伸缩臂式和折叠臂式随车起重机。2002年产量450余台。

二、公司概况：
石家庄煤矿机械有限责任公司位于河北省石家庄市东北部工业区，占地42万平方米。拥有主要生产设备700多台，其中大、精、尖设备60多台。现有职工2300人，其中工程技术人员300多人，高级工程师70余人，工程师110多人。
公司主要产品：
煤矿专用设备：气动及液压锚杆钻机、井下安全钻机、内燃机驱动齿轨车、蓄电池驱动齿轨车、卡轨车、单轨吊、绳索运人系统等。
地质钻控设备：XZ-20 旋挖钻机，各种工程钻机（水源、中浅层石油、地热、冻结钻机等）及钻塔、泥浆泵等附具。
随车起重运输机及其系列产品、液压元件（齿轮油泵、液压马达）、高效换热铜管等。

1.ITEM INTRODUCTION：
Truck-mounted crane is a type of hoisting and transport equipment. The crane is
normally mounted on trucks or other vehicles for lifting, loading, unloading and
transporting goods. It is characteristic of compact form, reliable operation and
safety. It can both reduce labour intensity and raise working efficiency. Based
on all above, no wonder the truck-mounted crane is used widely now. But there is
still a great difference between the developed country and China. This means
there are trempendous potential in our market.
Shijiazhuang Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd.（SCMC in brief）is the largest
machincry manufacturer. SCMC can design and manufacture series of truck-mounted
crane including folding and telescoping crane, special-purpose vehicles as well
as accessories. Annual output is more than 450 pcs in 2002.
In order to expand its productivity and to meet the international markets’
demands, SCMC is now seeking partners with world-leading technologies to
cooperate with and kindly invite those who are interested in participating in

2.COMPANY INTRODUCTION：
SCMC is a back-bone machinery manufacturer in China subordinate to the Ministry
of Coal Industry. Located in Shijiazhuang City, Heibei Province, SCMC has a very
convenient communication and transportation environment.
With a history of nearly 60 years, SCMC has developed into a large company with
comprehensive manufacturing capabilities and strong technical supports. SCMC
occupied and area of around 420,000 square meters and has more than 700 sets of
various kinds of manufacturing machine tools. There are more than 2300 staff
members work here. Some 300 technicians including nearly 110 senior engineers
dedicated themselves to the cause of manufacturing and developing in SCMC. Their
Excellent works is leading the factory to a prosper future.
3.MAIN PRODUCTS：
1. Colliery equipment：Pneumatic roof bolter, hydraulic roof bolter, drilling
rigs used in underground coal mine, rack rail transport system, trapped rail
transport system, monorail transport system,etc.
2.Geological drilling equipment：X-Z20 hydraulic rotary rig, various kinds of
drilling rigs （suitable for water resource, shallow petroleum, terrestrial heat
and other engineering drilling）, derrick and mudpump, as well as accessories.
3. Truck-mounted crane, hydraulic element(gear pump, hydraulic motor),
high-efficiency heat exchanging tube,etc.
