我厂占地3万平方米，厂内有双回路供电设施一套，50KV、150KV、320KV变压器各一台，30吨自给水塔一座，机井一眼，水电充足可靠。另有厂房2000平方米，仓储面积2500平方米，宿办楼四栋1000平方米，职工宿舍八栋1200平方米，礼堂一栋200平方米，职工食堂一栋200平方米，基础设施完善。

Founded in 1959, Xingtai County Fine Cotton Plant, is organization belonging to
Agricultural Bureau of Xingtai County. Its functions as follows: breeding of
fine cotton, and purchase, processing and sales of cotton. Over the years, it
made great contributions to the State in the fields of cotton. In recent years,
being affected by adjustment of polices on cotton and planting structure, cotton
market has declined seriously, and cotton business is very bad. To adjust
production structure, enlarge management channel, the Plant is willing to
cooperate investors to joint start up new business on preferential polices and
favorable conditions.
1. Advantages in geographical locations
Xingtai County Fine Cotton Plant is located 3km of western suburbs of Xingtain
City, with Xintai-Xiyang and Xingtai-Zuoquan Highway and Jingguang Railway Line,
Jingshen Expressway and the National 107 Road passing by both sides of the
Plant. It enjoys convenient traffic conditions, for county and town level road
network has formed. It is an ideal place for investment.
2. Advantages in basic facilities:
The Plant covers a land area of 30000 square meters, where there is one set of
double-circuit power supply facilities, one 50KV transformer, 150KV transformer,
320KV transformer, one 30t water tower, and one well. Additional, there are
buildings of 20000 square meters, storage room of 2500 square meters, office and
buildings of 1000 square meters, and eight dormitory buildings of 1200 square
meters, one auditorium of 200 square meters, dining hall of 200 square meters.
