全球养殖业方兴未艾，秸秆饲料国内、国际市场需求量大，加工成品饲料全部销往国内、国际市场。

饲料加工厂计划设在县良棉厂内。该厂距市5公里，占地40余亩，水、电、厂房齐全，交通便利。

由于厂房、水、电等基础设施基本就绪，只要外商投资、设备到位，半年内可正式投产。

Straw fodder production project
Project content：fodder production through the use of straw and stalk.
Total investment：the total investment for this project is 2 million US＄, we
provide land, water and electricity facilities; counterpart is expected to
provide foreign currency or equipment, investment details will need to be
further discussed.
Benefit analysis：Xingtai is rich in straw and stalk resources, the annual output
of straw in Xingtai only is about 250 million kg, the cost for straw is very
low, it is quite profitable to process the straw, the ratio of input and output
is 1：10.
Market analysis：livestock production is being developed with fast speed, there
is a great demand for straw fodder in both domestic and international market,
all of the products can be sold to home and abroad market.
Investment environment：the fodder mill will sit in the county grain and cotton
factory, it occupies an area of 40mu and is only 5 km away from the Xingtai
city, water, electricity and workshop are all available, transportation is very
good.
Stage of the project：because water, electricity and workshop are all available,
once the investment and equipment become available, it can go into operation
within six months.

项目区属于华北平原一部分，常年种植小麦22万亩，已按照河北省统一标准进行了土地全面开发，并通过省级验收，该区交通便利，水电设备齐全，土壤肥沃，灌溉方便，光照充足，温度适宜。有利于优质麦生产。
三、项目建设内容
该项目涉及东部平原区10个乡镇，计划种15万亩，建成省级专用麦生产基地县，投资主要用于原种引进、试验示范推广和土地开发及农田基本建设。
四、项目投资概况
项目投资1000万元，其中基地投资为800万元，配套投资为200万元。
五、效益分析
项目建成后，项目区平均备产420公斤，总产可达6300万公斤，总获效益3402万元，投资回收期为1.2年。该项目经济效益显著，社会效益明显。

Better quality wheat production project
Project name: the project involves 10 townships in plain area of the county, it
is proposed to plant 150,000 mu better quality wheat to form a wheat production
base of provincial standard for special use. The investment will be used on good
variety introduction, testing and extension, and farmland capital construction.
Total investment: the total investment is 10 million Yuan RMB, of which 8
million Yuan will be used for base construction, 2 million Yuan will be used for
other expenditure.
Benefit analysis:at the completion of the project, the average yield in project
area can reach 420 kg per mu, the total production will be 63 million kg, total
income is expected to be 34.02 million Yuan RMB, The capital outlay can be
recouped in 1.2years.
Investment environment: project area is part of North China Plain, 220,000 mu
wheat are planted each year. The farming land has been fully developed based on
the provincial standard and was approved by authority. Electricity and
irrigation systems are available. Fertile soil, enough sunshine and appropriate
temperature has made it an ideal place for wheat production.
