板栗制品加工项目
邢台县西部太行山区是我国优质板栗重要产区，现有果园1万亩，年产板栗1万吨。邢西板栗的品质综合指标不低于京东燕山板栗，口感极好，产品远销日、韩及东南亚，而收购价相对较低，并且本地采后加工能力不足，有巨大的开发潜力。经过市场调查，除鲜食板栗小包装上市外，板栗粉、板栗肉加工产品市场需求量很大，主要用于食品和超市，增值空间较大。当地计划利用2年时间在邢台建设板栗粉及板栗肉加工企业一处，总投资400万元，其中场地、土建等投资100万元由当地解决，需域外投资300万元，用于设备投资及流动资金等。
二、 红薯产品加工项目
邢台县西部丘陵区及白马河、七时河流域种植红薯历史悠久。由于特殊的气候及土肥条件，所产红薯个大、口感好、无污染，深受广大群众欢迎，是邢台县重要的农作物之一，年种植面积均在3000亩以上，年产鲜薯1万多吨。目前主要用于鲜食和生产淀粉加工粉条，鲜薯收购价格约0.25-0.4元/公斤。果脯、薯粉等市场需求很大，而本地精加工几乎没有。计划2003年在主产区皇寺镇建果脯加工厂一处，现代化薯粉加工厂一处，总投资200万元。其中场地和土建投资80万元，由当地解决，需引进域外资金120万元，用于设备等投资。
1. Chinese chestnut processing project
Taihang Mountainous Region west of Xingtai County, an important area for
producing high-quality Chinese chestnut, is home to orchard of 10000mu, with an
output of 10000 tons of Chinese chestnut. The comprehensive indexes are higher
than the chestnut produced in Dongyan Mountains. Tasting well, it is sold to
Japan, South Korea. And it is purchased at a low price. Considering that it
needs further processing, it has great potential to tap. After market
investigation, apart from small packed chestnut is put on market, there is a
great market for powdered chestnut, which are used in food and sold in
supermarket. It is planned to build the project of powdered chestnut locally in
two years, with total investment of RMB 4 million yuan. Of the total investment,
RMB 1 million yuan, which is converted from land and civil works, shall supplied
locally. The proposed capital of RMB 3 million yuan is used for equipment and as
working capital.
2. Potato processing project
Hilly land and Baimahe, Qilihe area west of Xingtai County have a long history
in planting potato. Due to special climatic conditions and soil conditions, the
potato produced there are big in size, tastes well, and pollution free, and are
well received by users. Bieng one of important farm crops in Xingtai County, its
planting areas amounts to over 3000mus, with annual output of more than 10000
tons. At present it used mainly in food and as starch to produce sheet jelly.
The fresh potato sells at 0.25-0.4 yuan/kg. There is a great market demand for
preserved potato and flour potato. It is planned to one processing plant of
preserved potato and one processing plant of flour potato in Huangsizheng in
2003, with total investment of RMB 200 million yuan. Fund for land and civil
works shall be financed locally, and the proposed capital of RMB 1.2 million
yuan is used for equipment. |
