二、 产品特点：
预应力钢筒砼管（PCCP）由带钢筒的砼管芯，管芯对绕高强预应力钢丝及水泥砂浆外保护层三部分组成，具有口径大、工压高、接口牢固，适合远距离输送等普通砼管所不具备的特点。主要用于大规模输水工程和压力排污工程。
三、 产品销售及市场前景：
1、南水北调中线即将开工，并于2010年完工，在未来的七、八年内，邯郸周边城市用于从主渠引水的各种规格压力管道累计达280KM,为此项目提供了较好的市场前景。
2、华北地区是我国严重缺水地区之一，由于水源紧缺和城市附近水源的污染,已使水源取水口与水厂的距离越来越远,加上城市人口的急剧增长和工业的高速发展，城市原有供配水管道已严重滞后,阻碍经济的发展和正常生活的需要，更新扩容已成当务之急，因此各类大口径管材需用量将会逐年增加。
3、水源的紧缺和工业污染迫切需求大中城市加强对水源的保护，城市污水的压力输送已是目前世界上各大城市觖决污水对水源污染的主要途径。可以预料在不远的将来华北地区也会实施压力排污。有关资料表明，长距离压力排污工程的用量和管径都会超过给水管道。
4、在价格水平上，PCCP管较为适中，比钢管，铸铁管理费低约20-30%在输水工程的使用可以较大幅度的降低建设成本。同时又有普通水泥管所无法相比的各项技术性能指标。

2. Characteristics of the product:
PCCP is made of core concrete pipe, the bonded high-strength prestressed steel wire and outer protection cover of cement mortar. With large bore and firm connection, and working at high working pressure, it possesses the characteristics of being suitable for long distance transportation that can not achieved by other common pipe. The pipe is used mainly in large scale water conveying project and the project of sewage drainage at pressurized condition.
3. Products sales and market prospect:
3.1 The middle works of the project of “transferring water from south to north” is about to start, and shall be completed in 2010. The project product shall enjoy bright market prospect since the pipe of various specifications to be used in the main channel of water around Handan City amounts to 280KM in the following seven to eight years.
3.2 North China area is one of the areas that experience a severe water shortage. Due to severe water shortage and pollution of water around city, the distance between water sources and water plant is becoming greater and greater. Additionally the rapid growth of urban population and industrial development, the existing water supply and distribution pipes in the City are far from meeting requirements, which severely hampers the development of economy and the normal life of people. Upgrading and enlarging existing facilities becomes quite urgent, therefore the demand for big-bore pipes of various specifications shall be increasing at a large margin.
3.3 It is required to provide protection to water sources in large and medium-sized cities due to water shortage and industrial pollution, and transferring of urban waste water is a main way to solve the problem of polluting urban water sources in big cities. It is predicted that forced drainage of waster water is implemented in North China area in the near future. Related information shows that the consumption and bore of pipe used in long-distance forced drainage of waste water shall exceed that of water supplying pipeline.
3.4 So far as pipe prices concerned, PCCP enjoys reasonable prices, with its prices being 20-30% lower than steel pipe and cast iron pipe, therefore its use in water conveying project shall greatly reduce the construction cost. Meanwhile its various indexes of technical performances are superior to that of common cement pipe.
