一、项目背景：核磁共振成像（MRI,magnetic resonance imaging）是根据生物体磁性核在静磁场中所表现出的共振特性进行成像的高新技术。
MRI系统已成为现代医学领域中最先进、最昂贵的诊断设备，广泛应用于临床。磁共振成像技术是一项十分成熟的，高对比度区分各种正常和异常的软组织技术，可应用于全身各个器官，并为检测中枢神经系统的首选技术。
二、技术与成本
我公司是国内唯一一家实现了该设备完全国产化的公司，并拥有全部知识产权，在一些关键技术上填补了国内空白。该设备国产化后，成本仅为同类产品的四分之一，维护费用为十分之一。同时该设备国产化后，大大缩短了生产周期，为医院提供更周到的服务。
三、产品质量
该设备经过了国家医疗器械检验所的几百项检测，结论是：完全合格。该设备通过了国家药品局组织的专家鉴定会，受到一致好评，并取得了产品注册证书。因此该设备在技术上和手续上做好了投放市场的充分的准备。
四、投资估算和效益分析
面对几千亿的巨大市场，我们作了详细的划分和定位，推出了三个型号，A型面向县级医院，B型面向市级医院，C型面向省级医院。尤其是面向县级医院的A型，以前所未有的低价创造了核磁共振的新概念。
我们的产品不但适销对路，而且具有成本优势。由于我们掌握了该产品的多项关键技术，打破了关键部件依赖进口的局面，实现该设备完全国产化，生产成本只是同类产品的四分之一，实现了成本和销售价格的绝对优势，这会使我们的产品在市场上更有竞争力，我们的销售政策会更加灵活。由于我们的产品资金占用比较小，可以采用合作的方式在中国县级医院普及核磁共振。

1. Background of the Project
MRI (Magnetic resonance imaging) is a hi-new technology to produce imaging based on the resonance shown by the magnetic nuclear of living body in static magnetic field.
MRI system has become the most advanced and expensive diagnostic equipment, being widely used in clinical treatment. MRI is a kind of quite ripe technology, which can distinguish, with high contrast, normal and abnormal soft tissue. It can be used for check of all organs, being a technology of first choice to monitor central nervous system.
2. Technology and cost
Hebei Baoshan Medical Appliances Co., Ltd. is the sole company that produces this equipment in China, and owns all the intellectual property right. It has filled in the gap in some key technologies. After the equipment has been home-made, its production cost is only one fourth of that on similar product, and maintenance cost is only one tenth. Meanwhile the production period is greatly shortened, thus providing better services for hospitals.
3. Quality of the project
After having been monitored by the national medical appliances test institute, it is proven to be fully qualified. And this equipment has passed the assessment by experts organized by the National Medicines Bureau and received unanimous comment. The Company obtained registered certificate for this product. Therefore, preparations, in technology and formalities, have been completed for the equipment to be put on market.
4. Estimated investment and economic benefits analysis
Facing the big market, the Company has made detailed division and positioning, and propose three models of product: Model A is for county-level hospital; Model B for middle-level hospital and Model C for provincial hospital. Especially Model A for county-level hospitals, has created, with unprecedented low price, new concept of magnetic resonance.
The product is not only salable and in good demand, but also enjoys advantages in cost. Since we have a good grasp of several key technologies, the situations have been changed that key parts had to be introduced. The equipment is being produced in China, making the production cost only one fourth of that of similar equipment, thus achieving absolute advantages of cost to selling price. As a result, the product becomes more competitive in the market, and our sales policy will become more flexible. Considering that small amount of capital spend on the product, we can popularize the magnetic resonance equipment among county-level hospitals in China, adopting the forms of cooperation.
