冀鸿会计师事务所
一、公司概况
冀鸿会计师事务所成成立于1998年2月18日，是我省第一家按新管理体制建立起来的会计师事务所。主任会计师是胡寿龄先生，注册资本为50万元人民币。事务所实行董事会领导下的经理负责制的管理体制，有一整套规章制度和完善的内部管理办法。
事务所拥有600平方米的办公场地，有大型教室和微机室，设有审计一、二、三部，资产评估一、二部，工程审计部、验资部、会计电算化部和培训部等部门，功能齐全，能同时承接多项大型业务。
特别要强调的是：我公司有自己开发的会计软件，拥有一定数量的用户，如：凤凰账务处理软件，工业企业目标成本管理软件，施工企业责任成本管理软件等等。
事务所有成员60人，有注册会计师35名，其中执业注册会计师26名，在注册会计师中，大本以上学历的20名，占注册会计师总人数的60%以上，研究生5名，占注册会计师总人数的14%。此外，事务所还拥有注册评估师8名，注册工程造价师4名，注册税务师3名，注册代理工商登记师1名，其他各专业中级以上职称的工程技术人员9名。目前，事务所已形成老、中、青干部的合理梯队。

Shijiazhuang Jihong Certified Public Accountants Office
I. General Situation
Being set up on Feb. 18, 1998, Jihong Certified Public Accountants Office is the first one set up according to the new management system in our province. The professor of accountant is Mr. Hu Shouling and the registered capital is 0.5 million Yuan RMB. With a complete set of rules and regulation and perfect internal management method the office executes the management under which the office director assumes full responsibility under the leadership of board of directors.
The office possesses 600 m2 office there are Audit Section I, Audit Section II and Audit Section III; Asset Evaluation Section I and Asset Evaluation Section II, Project Audit Section, Capital Verification Section, Accounting Electronic Data Processing Section and Training Section, etc. With complete functions. We can undertake many kinds of large—scale business at the same time.
Here we should emphasize on that our office has accounting software developed by ourselves with a certain number of users, such as Phoenix Accounting Processing Software, Management Software of Industruial Enterprise’s Target Cost and Management Software of Construction Enterprise’s Responsibility Cost, etc.
There are 60members in the office now, in which 35 are certified public accountants including 26 practicing certified public accountants. In the certified public accountants 20 are over graduates making up over60% of the total certified public accountants, 5are postgraduates making up 14% of the total. Besides, the office has 8 certified public assessors, 5 personnel for construction cost, 3 certified public revenue agent, 1 certified agent for industrial & commercial registration and 9engineers and technicians of other specialities with above middle—level professional titles. At present, the office has formed a proper echelon combining with the old, the middle—aged and the young.
