大陆村镇位于宁晋县城东12.5公里处，地理位置十分优越，公路四通八达，交通便利，距省会石家庄60公里，京深高速公路35公里，近靠308国道，该镇乡镇企业十分发达，是中国北方著名的农机机械配件生产基地，年产值25亿元，农机配件市场年成交额逾11.5亿元，大陆村镇基础建设项目，2000年10月被列为国家建设项目。近年来，以优惠的招商政策，优越的投资环境，享誉全国，先后被评为“河北省投资环境百佳乡镇”和“中国投资环境500佳乡镇”、“全国绿化百佳镇”，2002年被河北省评为“河北省小城镇建设示范镇”是投资者理想乐园。

随着社会经济的发展，科技的进步以及人民物质和文化生活水平的日益提高，人们对冬季采暖，卫生洗浴及文化生活的品位要求标准越来越高，但主要以煤炭、石油为能源的取暖、洗浴方式越来越不能适应形势的发展和需要，同时由于常规能源日趋紧张，环境污染日益恶化的问题逐年加剧。为此都在寻求一种无污染、经济适用的新能源，开发大陆村镇地热旅游项目符合国家拉动内需和经济可持续发展战略，不仅可以开发丰厚地热资源，还可与临城崆山白云溶洞、柏乡汉牡丹园、赵县赵州桥形成集观光、旅游、休假为一体的独具特色的“黄金地热旅游线”。大陆村镇位于华北平原的地热资源中心，热水贮存丰富，华北石油管理局地质堪探公司录井处地质四大队的《宁晋—束鹿地热田地热资源评介报告》中，认为地下热水资源含有多种对人体有益的矿物质，对风湿痛、皮肤病有特殊疗效。经测定，该水口井温度达到100摄氏度，开采期80—100年，水质适合热带养殖。

1．开发建设集洗浴、娱乐、休假、疗养于一体的天然温泉度假村。
2．开发建设热带罗菲鱼养殖基地，逐步建设热带鱼观赏基地。
3．开发建设以温棚为主的绿色蔬菜、花卉、种植基地。
4．开发建设供热取暖管道。
5．黄金梨观赏园。

项目总投资：10350万元
1．温泉度假村项目投资7100万元。
2．罗菲鱼养殖项目投资750万元。
3．绿色蔬菜、花卉种植项目投资700万元
4．铺设供热管道系统1800万元。
七、效益分析
项目建成投产后，年收入4258万元，利润2700万元，四年可收回全部投资。
1、温泉度假村项目，按每日400人计算，消费每人200元/天，则年收入2920万元，利润1780万元。
2、罗菲鱼养殖项目，建水面50亩，年亩产鱼4000公斤，16元/公斤，年收入320万元，利润200万元。
3、绿色蔬菜、花卉种植项目，建温室160亩，亩产蔬菜6000公斤，3元/公斤，则年收入288万元，利润130万元，种植高档花卉50亩，每亩收入3万元，则年收入150万元，利润90万元，两项目合计利润220万元。
